Insights

I believe that creativity, innovation, and meaningful collaboration are the products of a workplace culture in which people approach one another from a place of curiosity - curiosity about others’ perspectives, new ideas, and unfamiliar experiences. We can’t develop a healthy and collaborative workplace culture without taking the time and effort to continually develop, strengthen, and reflect on our communication practices, from the way we speak to colleagues to the way we write our website copy. Conflict resolution, problem solving, being heard, and persuading others all require a commitment to communication, which at its heart is a commitment to listening to those around us.
