Tim Kist
Tim Kist, FCMC is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant with over 18 years of experience with large national consulting firms and his own firm, TK3 Consulting. In addition, he has twenty-two years in corporate roles, and Tim has has also “walked the walk” in leadership shoes. His combination of advisory service experience and real world business acumen, from the shop floor and the c-suite, guides his 360ᵒ perspective for the benefit of his clients. Tim uses a variety of proprietary tools to ensure a solid understanding of the customer is aligned with what the organization is delivering. When the customers’ requirements are known, the organization can be aligned so that employees understand how their job fits within the broader business operations. Tim guides businesses to know their differentiator that brings value to their customers.
In addition to conducting projects for clients, Tim leads a C-level peer group (five years) and teaches at the University of Winnipeg in their Professional, Applied and Continuing Education (PACE) programs across an array of disciplines (strategic planning, marketing, advertising, and consumer behaviour). He also writes a monthly article in the Winnipeg Free Press (for over five years) titled, “Marketing Matters.”
